Allie has it all, a successful career as a professional blogger, a husband, daughter and a McMansion. While Allie waits in the waiting room in her daughter's doctor's office, she takes a quiz about addiction. Allie then starts to wonder if she is an addict, if she actually has a problem with her prescription pain pills. Allie soon learns that the pills she takes help stay on top of the struggles in her life, her detached husband, difficult daughter and career. I have been a huge fan of Jennifer Weiner's now for years. This just might be her best book yet. I couldn't put it down.
