I cannot complain about this book at all other than the fact that I could not put it down. I would wake up in the middle of the night to read this. We meet Eve Dennett, married to a driven Judge in Chicago who soon discovers her youngest daughter Eve is missing. Eve is devastated and works with Gabe a rookie detective to find Mia. Mia has been stood up again by her boyfriend and picks up a stranger for what she thinks is going to be a simple one-night-stand. She's sorely mistaken once she goes back to "Owen's" apartment. Relationships blossom all over the place in this book. Corruption is revealed and the biggest reveal is the ending. I have to admit, I didn't see this ending coming. Check it out!
