I am not really sure where to begin with this review. This book is such a touching tale of love, loss and survival. Fly Away takes place five years after Firefly Lane. Tully Hart and Kate Ryan were the best of friends and now Kate is gone. Jonathon Ryan, the twins and Marah struggle to survive without Kate, the glue that held the family together. Tully Hart had always been larger than life and walked away from it all to be with her best friend on her death bed. Tully promises Kate to be there for Kate's family after she passes but Jonathon makes that impossible, shutting Tully out and leaving her all alone. All Tully ever had were the Ryans. Wonderfully touching story I'd recommend to anyone.
