View all my reviews The Other Side is exactly that, it is the other side of the story, the side of Sergeant Sandy McBride from Never Knowing, and her search for the Campsite Killer and her father. As a child, McBride's mother was brutally murdered while McBride hid in a closet. Her father had not been seen since the murder and had been blamed for the murder McBride's mother. While I am a huge fan of Chevy Stevens' and have absolutely loved her other books, I was not exactly sure of the point behind this. It was only 20 pages long and just as you get into it, it's over. It kind of felt like it was just the leftovers from Never Knowing. If you don't have anything else to read, read it otherwise, I probably would not recommend spending the time.
