When two local girls disappear and their high school english teacher is arrested for their potential murders, a young lawyer is assigned the case. The young lawyer, Barth Crane, who has his own inner demons to face, believes he can get the english teacher off. Can Barth Crane get the teacher off, when he won't cooperate? Barth learns of past secrets and local stories, all which might play a bigger role in the girls and their disappearance.
