Review of The Barter by Siobhan Adcock

What an interesting read.  I can't say that I disliked this book, but, it wasn't the best book I have ever read either.  The story takes place both now and in 1902 with both Bridgett and Rebecca.  Bridgett has given up her job as a high powered attorney to become a stay-at-home mom and Rebecca, city girl, now a new bride on a farm.  The stories of these two women becomes intertwined in this haunting tale.
