I first discovered Ania through an ARC of The Shuddering and that's all it took for me. I have read all of her books and even bought all of her books for my mom for Christmas. Aaron returns home in an attempt to rebuild his life after a horrific accident. He's determined to restore his Aunt's home, sell it and return to his estranged wife. Aaron is convinced this will show his wife that he has in fact made an improvement. Next thing Aaron knows is he's seeing things. Is this little boy real? In The Bird Eater we are taken on an extreme adventure with tons of twists and turns. Just where will this all end up? I loved the book from start to finish and cannot rave about it more.
